Today was a verry busy day today, so I didn't really have to worry about eating. Plus an early morning dentist visit that numbed half my mouth curbed the hunger as well.
Food:
Bowl honey nut cherrios, 1 protein bar, bread roll, 1 bag 100-calorie chips, 1 bowl tomato soup + toasted cheese sandwich, 1 banana, 1 100-calorie ice cream bar.
Calories: 1550
Vitamin: yes
Exercise: 1 hour moderate swimming (not real hard, but the sprints killed me a little)
