I have a drawer of shirts and in the bottom of that drawer are a few shirts that I don't wear much anymore because, they're a little tighter fitting and I look "lumpy" in them. LOL! For some reason I tried one of them on today. A purple 3/4 sleeve number. I may not be exactly where I want to be, but the shirt fits again. And that is pretty dang great to me! :-) I also noticed that my most of my t-shirts are too big. I'm really excited about these changes!
First day of work is this Saturday too! Wish me luck!
Food: oatmeal w/pb and a glass of soymilk, apple, 2 eggs w/2 slices of toast, a small hand full of peanuts, a light strawberry yogurt, a lasagna Florentine, and a tb of Almond Butter.

No vitamin. :(
Water: I'm noticing that I've been drinking less and less of it. Gonna go back to counting!
Exercise: 4 sets of 15 reps- front and lateral raises, bent over fly, Arnold/shoulder press, full and hammer curls, kickbacks w/palms towards me and w/palms forward, and chair dips. My left foot/ankle is bothering me today so I went on a longer walk with one of my friends- 3.8 miles. I'm really hoping that if I just give it some rest I'll be fine.
