Sorry this is a bit late.
Here's my update for SUnday.
Vitamin: yes
Water: 10 glasses
Food: 1 protein bar, 1 cup yogurt, 1 bowl soup, 17 veggie chips + dip (I counted them out),
dinner of pulled pork, 1/4 cup potato salad, and 1 smoked chicken breast.
Calories: The stuff I could count (everything but the dinner), added up to 690 calories.
Exercise: 30 min stationary bike, about 1/2 mile walking around the track, 20 min walking on treadmill, going up to 12% incline! And it hurt!
