Claire: Serious Gym Time!

Food: Oatmeal, slice of bread w/pb, Garden Patty Subway 6 in. sandwich w/all the veggies and mustard, baby carrots, 2 scrambled eggs between 2 slices of toast.
Calories: 1200
Vitamin? Yes!
Water: 13?
Exercise: 1 hr 5 mins. treadmill, leg press, hip abductors inner and outer, leg curls, bicep curls, arm dip thingys (I forgot the name), trunk twists, oblique workout, 30 mins on stair-stepper. Was in the gym for a good 2 and a half hours today!
On the way home stopped by Subway to pick up a Garden Sandwich, so yummy, packed with veggies!

Weird fact: I gained a little weight today... I couldn't have built muscle that quickly, could I? Maybe I had too much bread? Kind of frustrated.
