Today I went hiking to a local spot with a great friend. It was fun, scary at times, but let's just say I think I've caught up on my exercise quota for the next week or two :) I'm keeping this post short and simple because I'm so tired I am about to pass out. Good day, but a very long day, as well.
Water: 10 glasses
Exercise: about a 6 hour hike (it was epic)
Food: 1 piece toast w/ peanutbutter, a bowl of peaches, 1 pg & j sandwich before the hike, 1 granola bar on the hike, a bowl of mac & cheese, small bowl of strawberry ice cream to celebrate our defeat over the mountain :)
