I'm not sure how this has worked out, but every 4th of July since High School I've spent it working. Though there have been one or two when I was able to still make a few celebrations after my shifts ended, but alas not this time! But hey it's TIME and a HALF!!! Hope you had a good one!
Food: pbj for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a half pbj for a snack; a slice of cantaloupe and two little slices of pineapple too.

Protein: 45 g
Water: enough
Exercise: lots of walking at work- didn't stop moving around the entire 8+ hours. :) Very tired.
Night ya'll!!! I'm excited, I have tomorrow off! YAY!!! BTW my shoes for the wedding are on their way, I'm trying on and getting my bridesmaid dress on Tuesday too.
